Renovated Victorian- This beautiful home was in need of some TLC. The client (a professor) wanted the interior to remain traditional but in a modern way that would work for their young family. They frequently use the first floor to host students so it needed to easily switch from family life to hospitality space. By mixing residential grade with commercial grade dual function furniture I was able to meet their unique needs.
