Updated Victorian- This house was in good shape during the initial walk through. It's an old house that's seen many updates over the years. My client wanted to open the first floor plan up as much as possible for entertaining. They enjoy a contemporary aesthetic and like the look of it against the Victorian architecture. Replacing the light fixtures and a fresh coat of paint brought the whole house together.
