Refreshed Residence- This large house was in good shape during the initial walk through. It's an old house that's seen many updates over the years. The renovation was lead by work to make the first floor wheelchair accessible. The client also wanted to freshen up the furnishings on the first floor. We were able to achieve this and keep a lot of the existing furniture. We reupholstered some, simply cleaned up others, and used some pieces in a new way. We added new pieces where needed to complete the look. We also renovated the existing hall bathrooms on the upper floors to create a fresh look throughout the house.
