2013 KlingStubbins Student Design Challenge- This one-day, 7 hour charette consisted of developing a design concept and parti, completing two presentation boards that included rendered floor plans, elevations, perspectives and furniture and finish selections. The parameters for this project was to design a medium sized office space for 20 employees. It needed to include conference rooms, office work spaces, private offices, restrooms, a break room and lobby that would help creativity and productivity flow in the office. These parameters were not known until the start of the challenge.
